Over 20 years in the field, including HSE, drilling, completions, production, construction, and operations, taught me things a resume writer with no field background will never fully understand: what it actually takes to run a job safely, what ‘responsible for’ really means when the pressure’s on, and what separates someone who did the work from someone who just held the title.
